Information you give us
We only collect personal information that you choose to send us through the forms on this site.
- Care Inquiry form: your name, email address, phone number, home address, the type of care you are interested in (live-in or come-and-go), and any comments you add.
- Contact form: your name, email address and your message.
- Both forms also record which page of the site you sent the form from, so we know which service you were reading about.
Health information
People sometimes use the comments box to tell us about a loved one’s condition or needs. We treat anything you share there as confidential and use it only to respond to your inquiry and discuss care with you.
Please do not include detailed medical records, diagnoses, medication lists or insurance numbers in a web form. A general description is all we need to get in touch. We will gather anything further during a private conversation or in-home assessment.

We keep form submissions for as long as we need them to respond to you and follow up on your inquiry. If you become a client, the information moves into your client record and is kept as your client agreement and the law require. The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), access to form submissions is limited to the people who need it to respond to you, and we use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. No website can be guaranteed completely secure, which is another reason we ask you not to send detailed medical information through a web form.
