We accept long-term care insurance. Aside from this, we accept private pay. This is also tax deductible.

Your unique plan of care may include any or all of our services such as: Companionship, Daily Living, Housekeeping & Meals, Transportation, and specialized care such as for Alzheimer's, Parkinson's. See all of our services here.

We try to have a quick turnaround time. However, as much notice as you can provide is always appreciated.

Yes! Liberty Home Care is an Illinois Department of Health licensed home care provider. We are certified, bonded, and insured.

 

All of our caregivers go through an extensive training program annually. They are all required to take an exam and pass as well to get a certificate.

Our caregivers are not licensed to administer medications or perform procedures.

 
 

Yes! We require consent from the client to provide authorization regardless of who owns the vehicle.

Yes, you can change or alter the home care schedule. The goal is to make the plan work for your family. One week’s notice is asked for permanent changes, however, we understand unexpected changes are sometimes necessary on short notice. We will always do everything possible to ensure you get the schedule you need!

 

Although our caregivers do not provide medical care, they offer professional personal care services for those with Alzheimer’s disease and other medical conditions. Our caregivers have experienced work and course training on medical conditions and are able to assist in the best way they can.

Liberty Home Care guarantees 100% satisfaction with their caregivers. If you would like to make changes throughout your time with us, we will go through a personalized process to understand your needs and make sure we have you paired up with the right one.

If you no longer need services from a Liberty Home Care caregiver, you can request a two-week notice to cancel. If you need to decrease the number of hours/days your loved one received, you can reach out to us with a one week notice. Of course we understand that things can happen unexpectedly. If that is the case, please reach out to us and we will work with you to accommodate your needs as swiftly as possible.
